We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in SoCal. Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped using one fo the following carriers - USPS, UPS Ground or LTL for larger Salon Professional orders.
We offer free domestic ground shipping for orders of $50+. For orders less than $50, shipping will be $5.95.
As of now, Glop & Glam ships to Canada and international military bases. All international orders are shipped using UPS Ground and transit times vary depending on your location. Please check UPS website to see how long a particular shipment will take. All international military base orders are shipped via USPS.
International shipping rates to Canada are $20.
We’re sorry to hear you need to return an item. If you would like to return a product purchased on glopandglam.com you may do so by sending an email to cs@glopandglam.com or using our "contact us" page, indicating why you would like to return the product and your original order number.
If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our authorized retail partners, please send an email to cs@glopandglam.com indicating why you would like to return the product and from where you purchased it.
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Please include original sales receipt with return shipment. Glop & Glam is not responsible for any lost or stolen returns – We will process your return as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.
Save 10% on future orders by setting up a subscription with Glop & Glam. Subscribe to get your favorite products shipped to you at whatever interval you need - from once a week to once every 4 months - you can find a subscription option that meets your needs.
To manage your current subscriptions you can click the link in the footer of our page OR you can log-in to your account and select the Manage Subscriptions link in your profile.
Subscriptions can be adjusted, paused or cancelled at any time. Simply log-in to your account and navigate to the Manage Subscriptions link to view all the options.

View your Glam Points balance by logging into your account. You can view the balance in the Account Details section as well as by clicking the Glam Points pop-up in the lower right hand corner of the website.
